Optional Competition

COMMERCIAL CONTEST: This will be a 60 second satirical commercial of a service or product. Choose your favorite product from the store or create your own product and sell it to the audience!  Props encouraged.  The more you can engage the audience, the better you'll do!  This competition is judged on presentation, stage presence, vocal projection, costuming, originality and difficulty of routine. Payment must include in the Subject Line “WBLEP Commercial Performance Contest”.  In the body of the email, include the contestant’s name, business title, email or name of the PayPal account, date paid and the Transmittal ID.  Delegate may use props. The commercial will be judged on originality, delivery, content and time. Please be advised that the product should not be offensive or suggestive. $40.00
SCRAPBOOKING CONTEST: Submit and proudly show off your business scrapbook. This scrapbook is a visual layout of your business journey. Each contestant may submit one scrapbook of choice. Bring a scrapbook that tells the story of your business and life.  The winner of this competition will be the contestant who is the most creative and consistent in theme.  This competition is judged on originality, creativity and consistency in timeline. Scrapbook MUST be an original work created solely by the contestant submitting the scrapbook.  The judges are selected by EnhanceU Enterprises. Contestant will submit their Scrapbook at registration. Payment must include in the Subject Line “2023 WBLEP Scrapbooking Contest”.  In the body of the email, include the contestant’s name, business title, email or name of the PayPal account, date paid and the Transmittal ID. $40.00
VIDEO-FOLIO CONTEST: This is a one to three (1-3) minute video of you in action presenting your business.  The video must be clear and concise. In the video you must state your name and business name. You must be presenting the business or a product within the business.  The video will be judged on clarity, informational content and authenticity. You will be able to upload the video via a YouTube private group for judging. The judges are selected by EnhanceU Enterprises. Videos must be uploaded by June 15, 2023  in order to be judged for competition. Prior to submitting video please pay fee via PayPal. Include in the Subject Line “WBLEP 2023 Video-Folio Contest”.  In the body of the email, include the contestant’s name, business title, email or name of the PayPal account, date paid and the Transmittal ID. $40.00
RUNWAY DIVA:  Contestants get to wear any fun fashion outfit that they chose that shows off their personalities. Contestant get to show individual styling and confidence in this area of competition. You must maintain your stride, must keep your energy level up, show you can command the room and look drop-dead gorgeous in the process – all while impressing the judges and the crowd. Contestants in this category provide their own music for the runway routine. The Routine Time Limit:  One minute.  This competition is judged on stage presence, originality and difficulty of routine. Payment must include in the Subject Line “WBLEP 2023 Runway Diva Contest”.  In the body of the email, include the contestant’s name, business title, email or name of the PayPal account, date paid and the Transmittal ID.  $50.00
COVER GIRL: Participant will submit one photo for viewing and voting.  Photo will be judged via panel as well as, via Pageant Planet.  The Cover Girl Contest will be held online for $1 a vote.  WBLEP Covergirl Contest held on Pageant Planet.  Starts - 05/15/23  @8am EST. and Ends - 05/22/23 @11:59pm Est. If your photo is selected, your photo will be featured on the cover of the QUEENDOM Magazine. To enter photo received and fee must be paid by May 10, 2023.  You will submit your photo(s) in JPEG format (300 dpi) via email to omega@wblep.com.  Please pay fees via PayPal prior to submitting photos. When submitting your photo include in the Subject Line “WBLEP Cover Girl Contest”.  In the body of the email, include the contestant’s name, business title, email or name of the PayPal account, date paid and the Transmittal ID.  We will be using an online hosting site for voting. Photos can be color or black/white.$60.00
Those Delegates who elect to participate in the Optional Competition may choose one or all categories.
Refund Policy... ​All fees paid to the organizers are NOT REFUNDABLE and NOT TRANSFERABLE in full or in part under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to deposits, registration fees, advertising fees, introduction out fit fees, pageant admission ticket sales fees, optional fees, video package fees, vendor fees and any other fees paid to  Women Business Leaders and Entrepreneur Pageant by anyone including, but not limited to, delegates, sponsors, vendors and advertisers.
